Dwight L. Allison III has been a private equity investor for 25 years, active in real estate and other business ventures. He is currently a partner of Eagle Point Ventures of Portland, Maine, and a partner in Headwater Capital Management of Portsmouth, N.H. Mr. Allison was previously a partial owner of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), the leading proxy services company in the world, where he served on the board of directors and as chairman of the audit & compliance committee. In his career, Mr. Allison was also a founding partner of Dirigo Management Company and a director of Atlantic Bank, NA., of Maine.
Robert CS (Bobby) Monks is a real estate developer and entrepreneur highly regarded for his success in attracting global capital for a wide range of business ventures. He and his partners have founded numerous real estate development companies, a commercial bank, and the world´s largest proxy services company.
Mr. Monks is a founder and active partner in numerous commercial real estate companies. Each partnership pursues highly focused segments of the real estate market including market and subsidized housing, commercial and industrial real estate ownership, and property management. The market value of the aggregated holdings at any one time exceeds $200,000,000 and more than $750,000,000 in real estate value has been under ownership during the course of the last 20 years.
In 2009 Mr. Monks became an owner and director of Maine Today Media Inc., which was formed to acquire several media and real estate assets in Maine including the Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram, the Kennebec Journal, the Waterville Sentinel and MaineToday.com. Mr. Monks is also an owner and director of the T3i Group, which provides market research, data, analysis, and consulting services to the telecommunications industry.

David Forman has been a Member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including a N.Y. based medium sized private biotech and consumer product company, The Collaborative Group, where, for a period, he was Acting COO. Recently, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of a former NYSE International OEM Co. (Raytech), now a private supplier to the automotive industry throughout the world, where he served on both the Strategic Planning and Operations and the Audit Committees. He is currently on the BOD of a privately based international company (ISOLATEK Co.) that manufactures in several plants within the U.S., spray fire proofing material that is applied to steel in high rise buildings throughout the world. He attended Tufts University and received his Masters in Industrial Administration from Yale University.
Stewart A. Gardner is a professional investor with over thirty years of experience designing and managing alternative and traditional investments. He is Founder and President of The Stoneharbor Group, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor focused on building and managing sophisticated portfolios for High Net Worth clients. In 1981 he launched the predecessor to Stoneharbor's proprietary private investment partnership, Gryphon Opportunity Fund to specifically exploit investment opportunities ignored by traditional investment advisories. In 1997 he founded The Stoneharbor Group, LLC as a response to his experience with the limitations of standard portfolio management practiced at many banks and investment houses.
Mr. Gardner has been a trustee of numerous family trusts for more than twenty-five years. He is a graduate of Le Rosey School in Switzerland. He received his Bachelor's degree from Harvard University with Honors in Government and a MBA in International Business and Finance from Columbia University's School of Business.
James E. Heard previously served as chief executive officer of The Proxy Monitor, Inc. and Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc., providers of corporate governance advisory services to institutional investors. He has also been a reporter with The National Journal, an adjunct faculty member at the Georgetown University School of Business, and for many years served as an executive of the Investor Responsibility Research Center. He is a graduate of Harvard College and George Washington University Law School. He lives in Kensington, Maryland.
