For commitments made on or after August 1, 2011:

The following rates, terms and conditions shall apply:
- Customers and Company will execute DFLs, which will include an annual price adjustment equal to the annual percentage increase (if any), of the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U): U.S. city average. In addition, the DFL shall provide for a rate increase equal to $.50 per strand-mile per month beginning on June 1, 2015, and $1.00 per strand-mile per month beginning on January 1, 2018.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Spicing/interconnection will be charged at cost + 17%
- Application fee of $275 per application for each new interconnection.
- Prices do not include taxes, fees, assessments, etc., including, without limitation, the Broadband Sustainability Fee required under Maine Law (35-A Section 9216).
